1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betongame ("betongame", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betongame platform at betongame.one, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betongame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT — there are no currency conversion fees applied by betongame.

Deposits are credited to your betongame balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact betongame support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect players. betongame does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the cashier page — VIP members receive priority processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betongame offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise, all betongame bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on betongame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed providers under controlled conditions. betongame does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — betongame will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the failure. If resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your betongame balance.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. betongame does not reverse completed game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• betongame reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a software error that produced incorrect odds or payouts.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betongame. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one betongame account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with betongame games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using betongame for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
